Create a VLTA Non-Member Account   
The Virginia Land Title Association offers a free, non-member user type. Please complete the form below to create a free, non-member VLTA user account. Users can use this non-member account to access the following platforms as a guest:
 
  • Virginia Land Title Institute: Take continuing education classes online through the Virginia Land Title Institue (pathlms.com/vlta)
  • Career Center: Access resources and tools through the online Career Center platform as well as apply and post jobs (careers.vlta.org)

The VLTA Guest type is a non-dues paying VLTA member type. To become a VLTA member please complete the full membership application: vlta.org/member-types

One of the greatest benefits of becoming a dues-paying VLTA Member is discounted registration fees on all VLTA Education including the Title Insurance Pre-Licensing Course and other credentialing and continuing education courses.
