Refunds and Cancellation
Online registration closes on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Registrations are fully refundable up until Friday, October 6, 2023. Cancellations after that date are subject to a $50 processing fee. No-shows will not be refunded. All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to vlta@vlta.org.
