Events Committee

The VLTA Events Committee is responsible for securing venues for Regional Events and Annual Convention, as well as planning event activities including games and entertainment, staffing events with volunteers, and facilitating valuable networking opportunities for members.

Committee members are invited to participate in monthly conference calls to help plan and implement VLTA's events. Committee members help select and plan all aspects of VLTA's regional events, annual convention, lobby day, training and other events/programs.

From your member portal, click on 'My Committees' from the bookmarks menu. A list of committees that are available for membership will be listed; click on the 'Join' button to submit a request. Once approved, you will be added to the Events Committee Community for communication, meetings and resources




Committee Meeting Information
This committee meets virtually on the second Thursday of the month at 9:00 am. Members of the committee will join the virtual meeting from the committee community page. You must be a committee member to view this page.
