By using a blockchain distributed database to prove authenticity, homeowners could legitimately transfer ownership immediately without the need to pay for third-party verification.

Join Kevin Pogoda for a riveting session on the future of the land title industry. Kevin is a Past President of the Virginia Land Title Association, and Vice President and Virginia State Manager for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
