Frank will bring you up to speed on significant issues that the title industry face on the national scene: GSE Reform, and The CFPB Rule. More details on the ALTA Best Practices will be offered and why they’re critical to the well-being of your company.
About the Speaker
Frank Pellegrini, who has practiced law in Illinois since 1976 and has been in the title insurance industry since 1976, formed Prairie Title in 1983 along with his wife, Mary, in response to a recognized need in a niche market area, which had been largely ignored by other title companies in the Chicago area.
Pellegrini is active in industry, community and social organizations. He currently serves as President of the American Land Title Association and has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been very involved with the Illinois Land Title Association, serving as its president from mid-2004 until mid-2005 and currently serving on its board of directors. He has also served the Illinois Mortgage Bankers on the Legislative Committee and as chairman of the Political Action Committee.
Pellegrini is a member of the America, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations, the West Suburban Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. When not running a title company, practicing law or at a board meeting of one organization or another, Pellegrini enjoys spending time with his family. His interests include golf, tennis, bicycling, photography and cooking on the weekends.

Note: The 2014 Annual Convention education sessions are pending approval by both Pearson VUE and the VA State Bar.
