About the Speaker:
Jonathan Yasko is the Managing Member of Entrust Solutions, LLC, a title insurance servicing company offering a wide array of back office solutions for title agents, attorneys and underwriters.
Mr. Yasko was born and educated in Florida and began his career in an entry level position with Interval Title Services, P.A., in 1996, during High School as a part time job. After several years and moving up the ladder, Mr. Yasko moved on to Giles & Robinson, P.A., as the Office Services Coordinator. Although the time spent at Giles & Robinson was brief, Mr. Yasko worked heavily in their real estate and bankruptcy departments until he branched off with some of the attorneys from Giles & Robinson to form their own law practice.
Once the new law firm Meininger, Fisher & Mangum, P.A. started, Mr. Yasko was quickly promoted to Office Administrator of the Central Florida’s largest bankruptcy-based law firm, with multiple offices and two Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees. As Office Administrator, Mr. Yasko was asked to construct monthly breakdowns of individual attorney's performance, profit and loss statements and check book register. In addition, he revitalized and revamped accounts receivable and was placed solely in charge of accounts payable. Mr. Yasko also constructed re-payment plans for both Ch.7 bankruptcy Trustees for recoupment of asset cases.
In April of 2001, Jonathan Yasko started with Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., to help develop and review the member and agent’s accounts as an Accounts Analyst. For the next 4+ years, Mr. Yasko was promoted twice, once to ATIDS and Software Exceptions Specialist and finally to Quality Assurance Representative. As one of the three Quality Assurance Representatives dedicated to the 6,000+ member agents, Mr. Yasko help developed the infrastructure to audit and review The Funds’ agents as well as give feedback to Executive Management of his findings and recommendations.
In November of 2005, Southern Title Insurance Corp., brought Mr. Yasko on board to develop the Risk Management Division from the ground up. As Vice President, this would entail monitoring, tracking and auditing of agents in 20 states through his staff of employees. Mr. Yasko also implemented pre-audit review process and protocols for companies applying for agency status. Through the Quality Assurance Reviews of the agents, he ensured accuracy and compliance with company polices, government guidelines and laws as governed by STIC agent guidelines, each State’s Department of Insurance and each State’s Bar Association. In 2011, Yasko was directed to manage and lead Southern back in to the state of Florida and was appointed to the Executive Management Team.
In June of 2007, Mr. Yasko started Entrust Solutions. Entrust is the first complete back office servicing company for the title insurance industry. Since the downturn of the economy, most in the title insurance industry tried to find ways to cut back on expenses. Some of these cutbacks resulted to be detrimental to the agents’ own company. Yasko saw the need to help the agents grow their business by helping in different capacities, meanwhile offering assurance to the agent because of the vast background of him and his staff. Entrust Solutions continues to provide back office solutions at an affordable price, including everything from forms production to escrow reconciliations and the new Nexus Program – which allows small to medium size agents and attorneys a platform to conduct real estate closings with little risk.
Jonathan Yasko is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Land Title Association, Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition, Virginia Land Title Association, Tennessee Land Title Association and Dixie Land Title Association.
